A very beautiful bay in Western Cornwall that can only be reached by a rugged coastal path. As a consequence the beach is deserted except for the occasional seal and determined walker. They say a beach once used by smugglers.
Sitting within the concrete supports of the lifeboat station launch ramp at Sennen Cove. The texture and colour of the concrete makes for an interesting image.
The harbour wall at Sennen Cove provides a safe haven for the fishermen and their boats and also protects the lifeboat station from a fearful battering from the incoming Westerlies. It also attracts daredevils like the youngster in the image !
